Constantini was named the second Italian National Women’s Curling Team for the 2017–18 season. Additionally, skip Diana Gaspari, third Veronica Zappone, lead Angela Romei, and alternate Chiara Olivieri were on the squad.

The team’s season began with the 2017 European Curling Championships in St. Gallen, Switzerland. The team performed well throughout the round-robin and qualified for the playoffs ahead of higher-ranked teams led by Anna Sidorova of Russia and Daniela Jentsch of Germany.

After losing in the semifinals against Sweden’s Anna Hasselborg, the Italian team defeated Switzerland’s Silvana Tirinzoni 7–6 to claim the bronze medal, Italy’s third at the European Championships in the women’s event.

The Italian women’s rink skated in the 2017 Olympic Qualification Event to gain a berth in PyeongChang, South Korea’s 2018 Winter Olympics.

Constantini remained absent from the Italian women’s squad in 2021–22. She guided her team to a 4–5 round-robin record in Lillehammer, Norway’s 2021 European Curling Championships.

Italy finished sixth in the group, which earned them a berth in the 2024 World Women’s Curling Championship. The team beat Scotland’s Eve Muirhead 8–7 in the sixth round-robin match, becoming the only team to defeat the Scottish side en route to winning the gold medal in the playoff round.

The team traveled to Leeuwarden, Netherlands, in December 2021 to participate in the 2021 Olympic Qualification Event, attempting to earn Italy a berth in the women’s event at the Beijing Olympics. After eight draws, the Italian team finished fourth in the rankings with a 4–3 record.

In the final, Constantini and Mosaner faced Norway’s Kristin Skaslien and Magnus Nedregotten, the team that eliminated them from the 2021 World Championship.

The Italian team conceded a two-point theft in the first end but soon recovered with six points in the following three ends. Constantini clinched Italy’s gold medal with a double takeout in the eighth and final end, scoring a single point and winning the game 8–5.

In an Olympic or World Championship event, Italy earned its first Olympic medal in curling and its first medal of any color.
