Christmas Eve is finally here and as we all squeeze those last few hours of working or shopping in before a full day of glorious present-opening and over-eating, we’ll try and take a minute or two to appreciate our friends, family and loved ones.
There is probably no one better equipped than Jerry Seinfeld to remind us of how much the smaller things in life can matter. On Festivus evening, a.k.a. Tuesday night, the stand-up comedian and former sitcom star stopped by The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon to help spread the cheer and make some succinct holiday observations.
We’ve got the clip, in which he tackles everything from the IRS and flat-screen televisions to how in the end, we’re all really just “garbage.” Word to the wise: don’t ask him about his wedding album.
